Lower back and hip pain
I have been struggling with lower back and hip pain from past 2 months . I am (21) female ,I noticed the pain occurs during the movements. Iam unable to do any physical exercise. Kindly help.

Have u any history of white discharge PV,if not go for Xray LSbSpine AP & Lat view then consult till that u can apply Volini spray and hit fomentation
