Hello , I've been diagnosed for chronic depression which lasted for several years , In 2017 I was diagnosed diagnosed for high BP and in past 6 months I was taking medication for it and now I'm better however physically I'm very weak... Last year in May I suffered from typhoid and few months after that I lost 4 kg ... Then I got UTI (I'm not serially active) ...and even after taking medications , it did not go completely ...now I feel tired most of the time even after waking up...I get dizzy when I move fast...there's lower back pain and abdominal pain...can you please give a permanent solution for all this... I have high bp around 143/93.  I frequently face nose bleeds not severe but light. I don't smoke , drink, pure vegetarian. ECG is showing normal. No history of disease. Please suggest for high no and nose bleeding.
