I had very mild covid symptoms which includes loss of taste and smell and little bit chest pressure. Now my taste and smell is back but when I try to pick heavy weight my chest is paining on the right side near sternum. Do I need to worry please help

Hello, I recovered from Covid in the May first week, now I am confused about the vaccination, when I need to go for the first dose.
