Suffering from fever

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have 101 fever .feeling very cold .weakness in all body .I went for tested typhoid .it's shows borderline..cold n cough are also present.i used ac in some days .so may be it due to use of air conditioner.kindly suggest me some medicine .for recovery typhoid
