I was diagnosed with covid on 12th Apr 21 and recovered in the first week of May. After recovery I had a high D-dimer and was advised to take blood thinner medicine for next 15 days. After that the D-dimer was fine. Can I get vaccinated now and which vaccine should I go for?

My TSH reports is 16.54 T3 and T4 is normal .. iam having 2 kids. And taking thyrnorm 75 mg. Pls sugess the medicine and any other thing which i have to take as a precaution.
