I accidentally cut myself with a foot filer yesterday, filer was clean though and after the cut i cleaned the wound with soap, there was blood. I recieved a tetanus shot about 1- 1.5 years back. Do i need to get another one now? Please reply in time. Thanks in advance

I got a blood test recently and the level of iron is 167.9 ug/dl which is higher compared to the iron level mentioned in the test. I am taking supplements for iron. What should be done?
