Is ultrasound abdomen test is enough to detect kidney disease. Can I drink water before ultrasound. Complete fasting is required for ultrasound abdomen?

My father age is 59, taken 1st dose of covisheild on 19/04/2021. I suspect him for covid now. If he diagnosed with covid, then the 2nd vaccination dose of covishield to be taken after how many days or months?.

Hello When I took 1st dose of covaxin. I had badly gas issue. 4 days back I took 2nd dose. Gas is more badly then 1st dose. Is coxain caused gas. I am having gas tablet but same time getting relief some time too much gas. I had tomato soup so it's increased more not. What I need to do for this. Please help me I am very tensioned due to this. Nor able to sleep as well.

I have been not able to sleep from past 4 days, as soon as I sleep my left leg and arm go numb and wake me up immediately, I just sleep for 5 mins and there is burning pain on left side.
