Flu

Hello doc , iam having white tongue from last one week after I ate outside food. Is that the cause? Should I consult doctor or does it subside on its own ? Is that a symptom of covid? I included picture of the tongue. Please guide me doctor..

I feel pain in upper middle part of stomach even sometimes left side or left side after urination I got test for urine infection many times every thing came normal and my stomach hurts after having solid food also I don't know wats the reason I feel good if I drink juices and smoothies and soup
