I have covid antibodies as I had covid 2.5 months back. My covid antibodies test shows that I am positive with antibodies having 88 ( more than 14 is positive ) . Should I take vaccine as I am diabetic and we are scared of third wave. Plz suggest

I am 34 year old and I wanted to know about the probability of breast cancer as my father's mother's own sister that is my father's aunt had breast cancer. I heard its genetic..so is there any chance I have to go for tests.. I had mastalgia so underwent a breast USG last year and it was normal..so as my father's own aunt(my grandmother's sister) had is there any chance of getting it in future? Apart from her no one else has the history of breast cancer.

I started developing high grade fever upto 100.8 5 days back which got resolved with meftal and dolo combination by the 3rd day. The fever remained high for 2 days. Stomach had some bloating issues and I was advised Taxim O 200mg along with the above pain killers.  The antibiotic is on its 6th day today. Got my urine culture done and significant growth of Klebsiella bacteria was found. Please advise what action I need to take or if any change in medication is required. I am presently having no symptoms of fever or any urinary problems.
