My vitamin d3 level is 21.1 ng/ml insufficiency, i am taking capsule weekly, how long does it takes to get sufficient level.

From last two days (only in thy night) I'm getting severe back pain,stomach pain and occasionally bladder discomfort. Do I need to worry on this or can I ignore ?

Hi I recovered from covid on 20th April since then my heart rate is elevated and ranges above 100 while at rest and shoots upto 120-130 while doing any activity.. doctor has prescribed ciplar 20 and with medice it stays normal iam taking the medicine since 1 month but when I skip the medicine the heart rate again shoots up I want to get rid of this medice and want my heart rate normal please advice since it has already been 2.5 months post covid and my heart rate has not come to normal. Please advise

My wife is having up and down mild fever since last three days. When she take Dolo 650 MG then fever come down but again it back in couple of hours. She feel mild cold when fever is on. She feel her voice is little heavy when speak. No cough. Please suggest. Thanks!

I have been vaccinated for covid-19 but u did not experience any high fever,chills or unbearable body pain nothing.I just had little hand pain where it was injected.I took covisheld.does it really mean like vaccine has no impact on me as there are some roomers like getting fever is the sign of antibody generation
