Arm paining after covid vaccine
Yesterday noon, I took my first dose of covishield vaccine. Since yesterday night, my arm is paining and has swelling in the area where it was jabbed. Kindly suggest some remedies to ease the pain.

Sharp pain left side throat when swallow
I have severe sharp throat pain when I swallow on the left side of my throat for last 5-6 hours. I feel like something moves when I swallow with sharp pain. I have a mild history of acid reflux but I'm worried if this is something very serious.
Please guide me.

Hy I am having hairfall due to thyroid and pcos and I am using anaboom anti hairfall serum its very dry for my scalp and it is causing flakes on my scalp can I add some drops of oil in the anaboom serum itself please tell if I can do that or any alternative mild serum which would not cause initial hairfall
