Hi., I can understand your concern. It's normal to get these symptoms after covishield which may last upto 5 days. No need to worry.
Next Steps
you can take tab paracetamol 500, 3 times a day after food. tab immu c plus once morning after food for one month.

Take dolo650mg 6th hourly if required.. fluid intake should be more than 3 litres
