My husband got his first dose of covishield yesterday. He was fine yesterday but since today morning he has mild fever 99 and extreme body pain and feeling too much fatigue. He already took two paracetamol 650 after 2 meals and after taking the medicine fever is coming down to 97 for sometimes. His oxygen level is also saturating between 94-96. He is 31 yrs old without any major medical history. Does he required anything else apart from P650? Kindly help.

First we should know that vaccine is new thing to our body so it takes time to adapt it ..nearly 5to 7 days..person to person itay different according to their immunity potential
Like child in early days from birth to 5yrs receiving vaccine having same fever and other symptoms so don't panic.... keep monitoring pulse oximeter check if consistently spo2 drops below 94 visit near by hospital...do take painkillers and unnecessary tablets.. paracetamol 6hrly once otherwise don't need drink plenty of water 5 to 6 litres.. immunity boosting foods like carrot ,tomato, mix milk with tumeric pepper powder..egg ,ground nuts ,almonds..
Don't Panic ..not having any past history...be confident and encourage the patient wisley .. Don't lose hope stay confident...stay safe
