Covid 19 + after 1st dose of covishield
I took my first dose of covishield Vaccine 1month before but I am now covid positive . I lost my smell and taste .Body temperature is under control when I swallow paracetamol and after 6hours fever is back and this process continues. Please tell me the do's and don'ts during this period.
