My body temperature is 96.6 F. how do I increase it. is it normal or is there a issue with it ? And why is my body temperature decreasing

My mom had ercp 3 years back for pancreatic stone and doctor has fitted a strain in her pancreatic tube which is still there. She is underweighted and a have diabetes and high blood pressure, can she be vaccinated with covid vaccine?

I had my ulnar artery of right hand cut from glass in accident. I went under surgery right away after it. I have lost too much blood before surgery. I have donated blood 3 months before.
