Hi, I am having mouth ulcers in my tongue and it lasts more than 10 days. I have checked my b12 and uts normal but i am having vitamin D deficiency. Can ulcers come because of vitamin D deficiency?

I have recovered from covid and it's been 2 months but Still I have some issues like Shortness of breath sometimes and pain in the chest area, A week ago, I got lab report in which D-Dimer, CBC and CRP is normal.
