Dr i have vaccinated covishield first dose now i am suffering from fever and head ache then i have checked spo2 oxygen level is 99 and heart rate 148 and above, is there any problem what shoud i do iam full of fear

I have a lump in my neck near the right collarbone area for the last 3 weeks. It was big and soft for first two-three days. Then it became hard and no pain. I can't move it. If I lower my head, I can feel it but there is no pain. right now it's the size of a small egg. Please help.

It's been almost three months since covid and my smell is not better and not fully restored. I have been smelling different things but it goes to a place of panic some days . When will I get my smells restored completely? Why does it take weeks for some and months for others for smell recovery?

Hi, I got a tetanus shot in the evening day before yesterday.as i got a cut from a rusted metal plate  before that day. Since yesterday i am having fever and pain in the site of injection. I have taken dolo 2 times yesterday. Today morning i am atill having 101.3 fever. Is this expected? I am worried it might be covid. I recovered from covid between april 23 and may 20 this year.
