Dr today i have taken covid vaccine iam a asthma patient can i take foracort 400 rotacaps tablet today its self

I did blood test in March 21 in which the platelet count was 1.81 lac and SGPT 54, LYMPHOCYTES 44. I did the same test on 10 July in which Platelet count Reduces to 1.04 lack, R.D.W- CV_15.3, Lymphocytes % 48.7 & Lymphocytes 3311.6,  SGPT 64,Bilirubin total 1.80, Bilirubin indirect 1.70, Triglycerides 201, Non Hdl cholesterol 146, LDL CHOLESTEROL 105.8 , VLDL 40.2, Total Chol/ HDL ratio 4.24, Please suggest me medication. I feel weakness always. Body doesn't feel like stronger.

Hello doctor, Since yesterday I am suffering from mild fever upto 100 degrees and tonsilitis. Also I have runny nose. I was diagnosed with typhoid fever 2 months back and had taken treatment for the same. Also I have taken 2nd dose of covishield on Friday. Kindly help with your advice for the fever and throat infection. Thank you.
