Please see my blood glucose report. Blood given in fasting stage. Is everything normal or any problem?

Hello my vitamin d is at 3.9ng/ml and all other tests looks good. Have been having episodes of dizziness, and fatigue all of a sudden. And not able to remember things at all. I get sudden brain fogs all of a sudden and feel like lying down. And also had tingling and numbness at times and feet is always restless due to tingling. I have taken vitamin d supplements for 3 weeks now(d-rise d3 60k) and b12 is also fine at 360ng/ml. Please suggest wat is happening. My doctor says everything in report is fine , only vitamin d issue.

Hi, Doctor has prescribed me calpol 500 three times a day for 3 days. Moxikind cv 625 two times a day for 5 days. I have fever for 3 days and no other symptoms. Fever reached upto 102 degrees. Also covid test is negative. Is the medicine prescription to be continued? My fever is not going away. SPO2 level is almost 98-99 %. Please suggest on this.

I was administered IM susten 200 injection on hip region last week. Initially I had little swelling at the injection site and pain. There was numbness below the injection site. Now since the numbness is gone, I am having severe pain in that region. Please suggest some measures.
