Chillness in the upper body
I recovered from covid 19 , 3 months back. Some times in morning and afternoon I feel chillness in the body without fever ( temperature is below 98). Anxiety issue also there. Sugar and thyroid check are normal. What will the root cause of this chillness doctors?

It is very common in covid recovered patients, it is called as post covid fatigue syndrome, you need to take vitamin d supplements and vitamin b complex supplements , also increase your water intake. If you still feel unwell, check your CRP level
