I did my blood test in feb its 5,780 then last month i did it again it comes to 4000 i did because i have shortness of breathing since feb after doing pulmonary test allergy test docotr told me i have anxiety and i feel sometimes burning sensation in stomach so is it normal wbc fluctuations???

WBC level fluctuates between 4000-11000 in all normal humans and it is not something to worry about. It changes almost every other day.
Burning sensation in abdomen is common and called as acidity. Any antacids is sufficient to treat that.
