Which food and all I should take and which food and all I should I avoid during my first trimester??

I am feeling shortness of breathing like i am not able to take deep breathing at once since last 25 days. And also have sometimes very mild pain in chest probably on both sides. I have done chest x-ray, ecg and Cbc. All reports are normal. What may the cause?

I sometimes feel sharp pain in different parts of the body.. sometimes near chest , shoulders , legs , back , stomach...the pain is not constant and varies from one place to another. I thought it is pain ...im taking gas medicine..but still the pain is coming. What can be the reason

I had a punctured wound under my heal area when I accidentally stepped on the laptop charger. It happened on 27th June. It was healing and suddenly the wound got swelled and I could see the yellow pus under the skin around the wound. I completed a course of Augmentin 625 for 6 days. The yellow area under the sking turned kind of black and then dark red. Today from the wound the reddish blood came out and the swollen area around the wound has improved. I have again did bandage with betadine liquid. Please suggest what can be done. I am not putting pressure on the foot.

Did one of those comprehensive health reports and a bunch of parameters are not in normal range. PDW: 19.4 fl, MPV: 13.2 fl, PLCR: 50.2%, neutrophil and monocyte absolute count is also low. In percentages they are normal. Lipoprotein (A) is 56.53 and HDL cholesterol is 76. I am very skinny. BMI low at around 17. Feeling very concerned. Thanks!

I am on razo D from 1.5 month. I have noticed after fast walks I feel too much gas in chest and palpation. It stays for 5 6 mins. I dont feel anything on normal days.Could it be side effect of razo D. Should I lower dose or change salt?
