My BP is 160 since evening I took amlovas 5 mg but it hasn't come down shall I take 0.2 mg more of it ?

I took tt injection day before yesterday and have fever since yeaterday.. Today i had some irritation in the eyes since morning and now i have some swelling under my eye. Can I take any medication or can it be serious?

From the last 3 days i am having issues in stomach such as burping, not proper bowel movement and gas trouble. But now what i have seen is whenever i doing some work or get up from the seating or from bed suddenly pulse rate increases to 115 bpm. I feel like something stuck on the left side of the throat. And this pulse issue started after the stomach disturbance. But pulse gets normal while taking a 1-2 minute rest. Only when i get from bed or from seating pulse starts to beat hard. But no any issues while walking or climbing stairs. Spo2 were 98%, body temeprature is around 98.7. Un feb-2021 gone for ECG and TMT both are normal. Could you please suggest me is the short time high pulse rate ia due to stomach problem or any other things. I am 24 years old having a sedentary lifestyle.
