I checked my father's pulse rate at home regularly , It's always 59 or sometimes 65 ( always within 59 to 65 range only ) Is this a serious problem?? He is diagnosed with intestinal Cancer 4yrs back and undergone a surgery ,and now he is taking tablets for Pressure and Sugar, he often takes alcohol also, Are these things affecting his pulse rate plz suggest
