Bodyache after dengue
I was diagnosed with dengue on 18.8.2021. I was hospitalised for a weak. But now the moment I wake up in the morning I suffer from headache and pain in thighs. With the passage of time in a whole day it gets severe till night.wat to do..?

Yes It is post viral myalgia or arthralgia . It may last after few weeks or may be months. Take proper Rest ,Plenty of fluids. Take painkiller on and off, if pain is severe or unbearable.

Hi this is what is known as Post viral arthalgia which affect quite a few pts after dengue and can last for years. You will need some medications to soothen the nerves and change in lifestyle.

Avoid sitting at a place for long time. Avoid oily food and eat lot of fruits.

Dont take pain killers which wont be a long lasting solution with side effects
