While feeding a strange cat, it suddenly bit me, not so strong bite but breaked the skin. Washed it with water and soap. No puncture and no bleeding. Please help me in this regard

Doctor has informed me I have low vitamin d levels of 5ng/ml and asked to take supplements. I had dizziness , fatigue issues. Even after a good night sleep felt like sleeping again. No concentration and memory has been bad. Are these symptoms of vitamin d deficiency and also at times had pin and needles sensation in arms and legs. Have justed started supplements and how many days to see improvements? Please suggest! My other reports are fine.

My wife is getting shivering attack since yesterday afternoon whole body starts to shiver and she feels very cold have given her paracetamol after one hour she is ok.This is happening regularly from yesterday in 12 hrs interval Please advise what could be this all about.The fever is not very high but pulse rate is around 90 and oxygen level 92 while shivering. Muscle soreness after sitting prolonged and sometimes burning sensation in muscles. Feeling tired in evening and sleep disturbances in mid night.

Had neck injury and surgery for spinal cord compression in 2016. Normal until 2019 had bowl and bladder issues after having flu shot. Cleared after using solu medrol for it within 3 months. Had 1Dose of covaxin corona vaccine 4 weeks ago having bowl issues. Abdomen pain , gassy and no proper bowl moment ( use to have two bowls in a regular day). 2 Dose covaxin vaccine due this week in confusion wheather to have it or not.
