My mother is dengue positive and her SGOT is 89.4 and SGPT is 73.4. Is this a serious issue? Her platelet count is in the normal range.

I am having breathing problem am not sure if it's COVID or not... Not having any fever body pain or anything else. Just the breathing problem which happens when I breath out. My ultrasound abdomen test report states that I have enlarged liver that is 160 mm with stage 2 fatty change s but my LFT report is normal is it possible? Sgpt sgot everything thing is normal. Here are my reports. What is the treatment for this. Which tablets I have to take. Before 3, 4 days I took beetroot juice for 10 days is it the reason for normal sgot sgpt ranges.
