Fever with full body ache
I am suffering from high fever (101°+) and full body ache since yesterday afternoon. Could not sleep properly at night. Now, woke up in morning and having mild fever and body ache. Stool is neither watery nor proper. Kindly, suggest some medicine.

Take plenty of fluids.. take tablet paracetamol 650 mg every 8 hours.. If fever persists get a COVID RT PCR
