I took Sputnik second dose on 15th august . I'm still having stiffness in my shoulder joint . Any help highly appreciated.

My due was on 19 aug but it dint happen till I took a dose of primoult n on 23rd aug I just took 1 pill and j got periods in afternoon so I discontinued but one day 1 I had some bleeding and after that no bleeding. Pls help with what should be done to get the bleeding and complete the periods .should I continue to take primoult n

From Past two months, I am getting fever once in a week. This is continuing for 2 months. I have visited 4 different doctors, they do the blood tests and I am negative in all of that. Tests of dengue, malaria, typhoid, covid and others of similar nature has been done and doctors say I am negative in all that. Again fever has repeated this week, don't know what to do. Can some doctor suggest what to do?
