Uric acid level
My Uric acid level is "6.4"! How to reduce it? Rest all the things are normal! What food I should consume to decrease my Uric acid level!

To decrease uric acid following changes in the diet are recommended. Drink more water Avoid alcohol Eat less meat and seafood Try to take more fruits,legumes, vegetables and whole grain
