More coughing and fever i have taken alex and antibiotic and dolo 650 and salt and hotwater gargles but not benefit plz suggest any medicine for relief of cough plz help us

My father is a diabetic patients last few years...he is under medication but recent his sugar fall almost regularly..now his sugar level is normal...how can i help him

I put covishield vaccine of 1st dose yesterday.. Heavy body pain, chill and fever is there. But when I check the temperature it's showing Normal. But I feel feverish. And can't lift my hand also.. I put dolo650 morning afternoon and night. When I'm taking tablet some what ok. Again feeling the same. Is it normal?

March,2020 Hystercomy done with 4 unit blood.Then hemoglobin is improving.after 1 month,10.9(Plate rate 1.8L) then three month 11.2.But In 2021 I have visited neuro doctor for tingling in left foot and lower side.Then Give me lonazeep.Then problem is not solve after two month cbc test hemoglobin 11.3 and plate rate 1.35L.But Suddenly 10th aug. plate rate 35k then today 30k and hemoglobin 10.6.light Black spot in elbow.I attached report.Respected Sir/Madam Help me.2 times maleria in 1998.

In my kft report, blood Urea nitrogen is 7.01 and blood urea is 15. Both are low and T- protein is slightly high.8.33. Rest everything is in the range. What does it mean. And what are chances for CKD. My BP ranges from 128/86-135/94.( 22 /Male)

Took neurobion forte injection (2ml) in the nerves of hand. Is it safe to take in nerve or should I take it intermuscular going onwards. I had stomach ache for few minutes post injection into nerve.

Suffering from fever since 20 August's night till 23August afternoon from then till now the temperature was normal but after 4'o clock evening of 24 August fever start rising again What is the expected problem and what can I do?

Since first day of my periods I'm feeling very weak tired and dizzy  and also can't concentrate or focus.
