Yesterday I was playing with my dog And her nails scratch my hand , it was bleeding little And it's little swelled too And little paining too

I am 16 years female wieght 80 kg. Pcod patient . Last year I had my hba1c done it was in pre-diabetic stage . Today I noticed I have a big horizontal dent on both of my toe nails it wasn't there earlier. Please can u tell me is it something serious . I am attaching pic of it . Also I keep getting pain in my leg and thighs often .

Any change in medicine?

My little finger on right hand gets clamped shut and refuses to open or bend easily, while my 2 fingers next to it also became hard to flex. Since past few days the nerve connecting my arm to my palm also is painful while holding anything of weight. Please suggest how to cure this.
