Fever in evening
Hi,
Fever is only coming in the evening and after taking the paracetamol 500, the body temperature goes to normal but next day again on evening the body temperature goes to 102 F. This is happening from last 3 days. Apart from this there is no other symptoms.
Please advise the medicine.

Take Paracetamol 650 mg for fever.
Need to diagnose the nature of infection.
Get dengue , Malaria, Typhoid test done. May require antibiotic depending on detailed history.
Fever of 102 degree is a matter of concern.
May be viral in origin also.
But need to check for common infections.
Take ample amount of water by mouth. Take ORS.
