I have iron deficiency and the iron level is 31.3 ug/dL a month back. I'm taking dexorange ( ferric ammonium citrate) which has 32mg of elemental iron. I have taken it for a month now. How long should I continue taking iron tablets to reach a normal level ?

When I sleep looking up and keep my hands sidewise, i see my left tricep area is twitching/spasm or feels like pulsating, i dont have any bo or any issue, why is that happening?

Hi 28f.took covishield vaccine 1 hour back..before vaccine I was feeling weak and feverish but temp normal shown in forehead thermometer , little throat irritation little body pains and stomach upset all these since 4 days .lat week took RT pcr as I was having cough and it turned out to be negative.now also iam feeling feverish but temp is normal if seen by forehead thermometer.do I need to worry will I get covid or anything serious happened?how many days should I be careful to look for the symptoms side effects of covishield vaccine

My aunt has varicose veins and she is taking medicines for it. She took her first COVID (covishield) dose in March and was infected with COVID in April. She recovered in May and it's been more than 90 days since then. The second dose of covishield was due in July but since 90 days didn't pass after COVID infection, she didn't take the second dose within 129 days. Is it okay to take the second dose now after 140 days since the first dose? Are there anything else we need to consider before taking the vaccine?

Dear sir/ mam my biggest and most confusing concern is regarding the testing procedure of sti named gonorrhea & chlamydia . and my confusion is that the test name available. For gonorrhea & chlamydia is pcr qualitative which is unnecessary very costly , but my doctor suggested to go for a basic urine culture & sensitivity test ! So i just wanted to know that can a basic urine. CUlture & sensitivity test show the presence of gonorrhea & chlamydia ( or atleast show or indicate the presence of these both bacterias in urine ? ) or not ? Apart from that does urine culture & sensitivity tests for any type of bacterial infection or it comes with limitations .

Sir/Mam I am having red patches on lateral and front side of my tongue from past 2 -3 months. These patches come on and off and also with mild fever. There is also mild pain on Tongue movements. They are coming after every 10-15 days from last 3 months. First fever comes with change in taste and then fever subsides in 2-3 days and then these patches appear . I have posted image of tongue as well. I took finasteride and minoxidil  for 4 months for alopecia. But i have stopped now since last 2 months. I also had sinusitis 2 years back and i am also allergic to cold. I have also taken both dose of covishield vaccine on 25th jan and 23 feb 2021.   Plz guide me regarding treatment for this.

I moved from Bangalore to Patiala (Punjab) in April. I have lost 10 kg weight since then. I am not sure about the reason for weight loss, since my medications are the same as before. What could be the reason for the weight loss?
