Hii Sir i am 25 years old...recently before 4 days back (21-08-2921)I taken vaccine...next day I got cold with very lighttt fever...next I got light cough...thats no illeness and ntng there now only cold and average cough...can take tablet for cough...now... Plz give guidance sir

I don't feel like urge to eat breakfast and feel bloated and low energy in morning and while brushing since past 5 -10 days vomitiing yellow liquid and after breakfast and lunch feel burning sensation in my throat chest and stomach and when I take eno then it relieves the burning sensation.please suggest me some good medication or lifestyle change so that I need not to take eno again and again  I am taking eno twice or thrice in a week since past many months but since past ten or fifteen days daily feeling same burning sensation in morning and slight dizziness and heaviness in head also. This I don't experience in evening time and night only during morning time

I'm prescribed with neorelax mr 4 mg sometime back now I got neorelax 4mg from pharma . Are both same ? Or I need to have paracetamol for reducing pain along with neorelax capsules .

1. Yesterday fever came after riding bike during rain. 2. No body pain. 3. After using paracetamol also fever is not going down than 100. 4. Minor weakness.

My hameohlobin is always remains between 11 to 12. Is it acceptable ? Iron tablet creates constipation No any symptom exist. Platlet ,wbc ,rbc is normal. Please guided us for normal hameoglobin level. Please provide us diet for it
