Multiple problems with me! Be the issue?

What can be the major cause? I suffer from these problems: 1. Eye floaters 2. Shortness of breath sometimes (pre asthma as said by pulmo) 3. Gb polyp(2.9mm) 4. Stomach digestion issues + ultrasound found gb polyp 2.9mm 5. Unable to gain weight, weight is constant and i have seen my body width has reduced, my pants are lose and chest area looks thinner than before. 6. Pigmentation in ora mucosa(dentist diagnosed as Lichenoid drug reaction, take homeopathy for this). 7. Stool are somehow yellowish and mushy(most of the time). 8. Frequent urination when stomach issues are active! 9. Tinnitus bilaterally in both ears. Why are these happening to me? Idk, is there something wrong with me? Cbc, lft, kft, sugar, hb1ac are normal, pft was normal just mild airway obs, lft. I am really scared of cancer at this moment. All my family members are healthy. Brain mri normal. What can be the issue? I am really scared and wanna give up because of these issues :(.. help me.
