Severe hair fall post Covid recovery
Hi Doctors, I was taking vitamins n calcium post delivery for 3 months. I have severe hair fall and have got a lot of grey hair after I recovered from Covid 4 months back.. I'm still feeding my baby.. now I'm not taking any vitamins or calcium.. can someone please suggest me what to do.. I'm in my early 30's.. Thanks I'm advance.

in some insult to our body.there can.be increase in hair fall. so no need to worry it. it will resolves soon. you can continue some good vitamins and calcium tablets
