Sirs, i have completed 2 months after covid recovery and from last week my hair fall increase which seems more than regular..
So pls suggest causes and advise..

Hair fall is common complication after any prolong illnesses, because of covid infection it may cause post recovery for 3 to 6 months. You have to take high protein diet, vitamine biotin, zinc ( cap becosule z) , mental stress free, physical exercise .

Hair fall post covid is due to lowered immunity. You need to improve your immunity. Take protein rich diet. In addition to that take these tablets.
