Taking Calcium with weekly Vitamin D3
Dear Doctors,
My recent reports shows that I have vitamin D3 deficiency. Vitamin D , 25- Hydroxy is 11.8 ng/ml and Serum Vitamin B 12 is 233 pg/ml. Doctor has recommended me Vitamin D3 tablets biweekly for one month and the weekly for next 3 month. I am also taking multi vitamin once daily. Can I take Corcal bone and beauty tablet once daily with the given tablets?
