Tested  covid positive on Tuesday after taking meds my symptoms of fever and runny nose were gone on the next day it self. Just have ocassional dry cough like once or twice in 2 hours. Am I cured or should I take the covid test again to confirm?

I have heard this from local public and from some doctors as well that validity or effective period of tetanus toxoid is only 6 months, is it true because the net and many renowned websites mention it to be 10 years, and how frequent tetanus injection is too frequent, for how long the swelling in the muscle where tetanus injection was given will be swelled, I was given bett tetanus toxoid injection on 22 August now on 27th there is no pain but the deltoid muscle of the arm is still swelled up, when will it subside, if it doesn't when should I contact a doctor?
