My mom got vaccine yesterday at 1pm and she has no side effect except pain at injection side and hand and neck. She is taking PPI and Mankind Placida. Is it safe? Is vaccine working? What does it mean?

I've been feeling numbness and pain in my soles, my body feels sore and my ankle is slightly swollen and I can't stand and sit freely without having to struggle with pain on my knees. I feel like the pain is coming from a nerve, coz the pain feels linked to my middle finger  and that my bones are fine. I'm not sure what's going on, just need a little advice.

Hello, my fast sugar was 106 20 days back today its came 113. Hba1c report will come later. From last 2 days I am not feeling well. Having cold. Why I am telling this. Once last time 106 came. Few months back i had a spasm in my lower right rib, i thought it might be something related to muscle. But recently i did an usg abdomen due to stomach issues related to nausea and indigestion, it showed 2.8mm polyp in anterior wall of gall bladder, could that spasm be from the gallbladder when the polyp was starting or something? I have been asked to repeat the usg scan next year so to decide what to do. I have few questions.. 1. Is this anything serious? I am anxious about this. 2. Should I change anything in my diet? I mean should i start avoiding fat like milk, paneer etc? 3. Is there a possibility that this will go away on its own? 4. Is this common in my age? (25M)? 5. Should I do the usg scan after 6 months or 1 year as prescribed by my doctor? Please help me. Apart from this i have symptoms like half solid and rest mushy stools sometimes, upper abdomen feels somehow full sometimes, no pain from gallbladder, my Lft and cbc are normal. Please advice.

How Vit B12 is getting low in the body? Why vegetarians and vegans who don't eat non veg do not have vit B12 deficiency? Is it because of other tablets prescribed?
