Feeling weird
Hi doctor why in night specially around 3 am suddenly I start feeling weird eager to sleep. When I lie down and close my eyes suddenly I feel that something is wrong and m rounding but when I open there is nothing such. Suddenly heart beat increaases and my forearm as well feel like blood pulsing. And due to this could not get sleep. But within Somers I fall sleep. Please tell ?

It may mostly be related to anxiety, but you also need to rule out physiological causes. So there are some tests needed to be done for exclusion. Get your CBC and Thyroid profile checked for further evaluation.
