M getting fever since 4 days.. Now it's reduced but have cough and back pain. Have taken covid vaccine 3 weeks back. Have taken Dolo 650 and cough syrup.. Back pain is still there and mucus cough is there... Pl advise

I can not sleep at all. Usually sleeping late in the morning and that to for few hours. Even after sleeping for few hours I can't sleep properly. If I sleep a bit early then due to bad sleep schedul I wake up after 1 or 2 hr and then will stay awake whole night. Some days my eyes will be so droppy but sleep won't come. I feel anxious n depressed at night.

Sir actually the thing happened that i accidentally took Storvas CV 10 mg where clopidogrel 75 mg is included last Saturday at nearly bout 11:00 hours morning . After the next day i got itchy allergies it disappeared within few minutes  . Sir when will the anti platelet effect of Clopidogrel 75 mg will fully go away from the body??
