Hello doctor actually my concern is , yesterday my dog came from walk from outside and started playing with me including licking my face , he is fully vaccinated but he sometimes also plays with stray dogs , so is it a matter of concern if my dogs saliva goes into my mouth directly or indirectly , because I am not vaccinated against rabies ??? Please I am really anxious !!!

I have completed my first vaccine, where I had fluctuating temperature for 2 days and body pain. Now I have to take my second dosage this month and Is it advisable to get vaccinated during periods.

5 days after taking my first dose I had severe reaction ,I was rushed to the ER ,with heavy palpitations and high heart rate and body twitching with feeling of pins and needles all over the body. Dear sir/mam I have taken 5 doses of anti rabies shot. I also want to take booster dose on 90th day. Is it fine or cause detrimental effect...If there is no harm can I take that.

I am suffering from migraine since 10-12 yrs, though I got it diagnosed only 3 yrs ago, 👉it's generally right sided. 👉During attacks one half of body feels inflamed. 👉Earlier it got relieved after a good night's sleep. 👉Now it generally relieves after multiple vomits. 👉The frequency of attacks and intensity of pain is increasing. 👉Now I get 4-5 attacks a month. 👉To avoid it I take Flunarizine 10 mg during exams & journeys. 👉However once started, no medication works. I have figured out the stimulant/trigger for my migraine by maintaining a diary that I can share only with doctor. I know migraines are usually not completely treatable only be minimised. I need help in its management with limited medications. Thanks!

In my husband lipid profile more triglycerides are seen .triglycerides 300mg/dl.is their any risk.if so what should the precautions we take..plz suggest me

My husband got fever on sunday , he took dolo but had no relief in fever. So at night he took Meftal and continuously took twice a day till today morning. We got his dengue positive report on Tuesday evening.His platelets counts were falling down very quickly and now at 1 lakh. He was taking caripill as well as other fluids and fruits. But no use. He is feeling very weak and platelets are also very less. Now my query is as we stopped taking Meftal ,so can these pills n other fluid intake can work? Or we need to admit him to the hospital for further care? I am giving him kiwi, coconut water, fresh papaya leaf juice. Kindly help us.
