I have a post trauamtic arthritic knee because of tibial condyle fracture in knee joint in 2008.I have been suggested shelcal xt to be taken for 1 month.Now the issue is whenvever i start taking shelcal xt my vitamin b12 level shoot very high .Is that a matter of concern that the levels reach so high ? Can i just take normal shelcal 500 instead of shelcal xt?Any difference in level of treatment?

Yesterday i was scratched by my pet dog, i have a doubt that in allahabad people say that whenever there is a scratch or cut which bleeds one should get tt vaccine, and one bett tt injection works only for 6 months not more than that is it right because internet says it's 3 years and about two years ago i read in the newspaper that one should get td(diptheria) injection not tt injection as instances of diptheria were increasing. if you could please clarify these doubts. Hi, Below is my blood done on 16Aug. Hemoglobin - 15 Total WBC count - 11500 Neutro - 67.2 Lymphocytes - 23.4 Eosino - 2.3 Mono - 6.6 Baso - 0.5 RBC - 5.85 Platelet- 3.56L Is my WBC count 11500 normal? I feel some discomfort below my jawline, is my lymph nodes swollen? Should I be concerned?
