Flu

I have this issue which is taking a toll on my personal and social life. I do not have a fixed time to poop in the morning. But recently my stomach has become sensitive to outside food and sometimes when I get anxiety when I am in a cab I have a sudden urge to poop. I think if I can poop without fail almost every morning my life will be completely changed. I cannot even go out worrying that I will have to poop midway. I have stopped taking buses in the fear and I am always worried. Please help so I can poop in the morning and also I can not have lose motions when I eat outside food. Thank you.

My husband found out to be a pre diabetic. I am giving him bitter guard juice every day early morning. Is it okay to consume it everyday ? Or is it too much to consume everyday ? Pls advice :) thanks

I got external haemorrhoid which was painful for a week but now less pain with discomfort but it's not shrinking ..iam confused as it's only first time I got one Iam taking stool softeners and p cool cream ..I consulted a doctor he said u can come anytime and I'll remove it surgically in 10 minutes but iam scared is surgery is essential or I should wait and watch with medicine ..kindly suggest me or any medication for shrinkage of haemorrhoid..

I am having chest pain for 3 months continuously. And I am taking pantoprazole and antacids. If I have hiatal hernia, will this disease heal on its own with these medications  ?

Its been 2 months since my 2nd dose but till date i suffer with lymphadenopathy at various places mostly head and neck region, how long will this last? I am sure this happened because of vaccine because, never before i had such problems, i am worried if this is gonna create problem later, i am worried :(

My father had undergone angioplasty with two stent implants post heart attack in Feb'21. His blood pressure varies between 135-140/75-80 when measured with digital BP monitor at home. His fasting blood sugar ranges below 110 mostly. Since March'21 end he has observed foamy and bubbly urine which stays even after flushing. ACR - 288.58 MCG/mg (report attached). Blood creatinine report also attached. Please suggest treatment of microalbuminuria. Thank you
