Hormonal imbalance vitamins d supplement
Hii Dr, Since last 2-3 months before I was diagnosed with vitamin d and b12 severe deficiency and also irregular/no periods (Pcos).. I'm taking 60000 unit once a week uprise d since 8 weeks and once a week b12 injection and normoz tablet for periods.. I'm following a proper diet and exercise but my question is for how many months do I need to take vitamin d supplement? And if I stop it I'm scared if my muscles will pain again and my periods will be impacted... So what is the safest way to stop the vitamin d supplement???

Check vit D and vit B12 level again and then consult with doctor with the report. You don't need to take for rest of life. Get the reports done. Will guide you after seeing report
