When is the appropriate time to consume my  vitamin D and omega 3 supplements and what is the recommended daily dose? Thanks in advance.

Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin. So it is better absorbed when taken along with a fatty meal, preferably with lunch. Same goes with omega 3 suppliments. Take care :)
