I got fever and cough, took covishield vaccine on 18-10-21 Is it okay to eat antibiotics as it's been only 4 days since I took covid vaccine?

What could be the reason for high levels of B12? My mothers b12 is 1200. She doesn't take any supplements but it's still high.

I have cold from week and now way to get better but observed color of mucus is yellow and too much sticky. Still taking medicines cetrazin prescribed by doctor. No fever no cough. Some time feel weakness but most of the time it's OK. What is meaning of Yellow mucus?. Some time feel no smell but can smell Vicks veporub. If anyone could answer. Will be thankful

A incident happened with me due to which i lost my mind...and suddenly i was in another world after this...a pressure over head and its sides...everything seemed new to me...even i forget basic things...my good and bad i dont know...lost sleep after this..not able to move outwards ...after thn reached to psychatrist...and medicine is still going on from last 7 years...still feels i am not alright or okay as i was before the incident...any suggestions
