Flu

I have elevated blood pressure from few weeks.. Its between 135-145 (systolic) to 90-100 (diastolic) ... sometimes its 130/90 too.. Doctor prescribed me Met xl 12.5 tab. My weight is 64 height is 5.6 age 38 I want to ask following, Is this a blood pressure medication? Is it for life long? As it is 1st  time to start this medication i am nervous, What are the side effects of long term use? Is Life style modification stop this medicine?

My BP remains constantly low from some days. It's between 90/60 & 100/60. First BP used to be between 110/70 & 120/80. Symptoms- head sweating, body shaking sometimes, lightheaded feeling, anxiety. Blood Sugar- Average Blood Sugar- 82 RBS (after 2 hours of meal)- 102 Thyroid Normal. (TSH- 2.37)

I have a query regarding when should I actually take the vaccine. I got covid for the first time in the month of June . Then when  I was just recovering from the infection I got reinfected again in August. So I've not even taken the first dose of the vaccine yet. Seems like I'm one of the very few who have not even been partially vaccinated. So should I take the vaccine ? Or should I wait till November. Cause 3 mths from reinfection takes it to November.

I am having a little seasonal cough and cold and my last 2nd vaccination date is 25 th sept so can i take the vaccine?

Hello, Today while walking on the road my food hit a small iron object, it pained at that time not severe just medium, there was no bleeding outside I am having a small round black spot there now, looks I had some internal bleeding but it didnt came out. Age 23 Weight 107 kg Height 5'11 On thyroid medication thyrofit 75mcg currently it is under control. I have been experiencing mild pain (heaviness) or something like soreness in back side of head above neck from 3 days. While sitting it is very low. But if lying down with head on pillow there is mild pain and also during walking there mild pain. History- I have suffered from dengue on 29 August 2021 .( If it has any relation.)

Helllo doctor. My father is suffering from viral fever and is experiencing fever and body aches. We did his  and SGOT and SGPT and the results were 134 and 98 respectively. His blood sugar were normal , he does not drink and eats simple home made food . Is there something to worry?

Hi Doctor, My query is should I take 1 more dose or booster dose as I have already completed both doses of Covaxin 4 months back and I am travelling different parts of India for official purpose. Do I need booster dose? Please advice. Thanks
