Hii all I done full std test and hsv 1 igm was positive after 6 months I retested and the value of igg was 0.57 should I test for igm also how much time this igm will present in blood Thanks

I am not able to understand things accurately when someone talks to me...even my nights become sleepless for more than a year...it's because of something bad happened to me some years back...I am taking anti depressants..it disturbs my studies and Carrier....I am not able to tell people of what age I am of....not behaving properly in a healthy way .please help me genuinely.
